He came when he said, on time and got on with the work efficiently and was great at communicating what he was doing and any problems and progress. He located and fixed a small gas leak and investigated and cut back an old pipe stub with no problems. He also serviced our boiler efficiently and pointed out and photographed (for identification) two parts that were damaged/worn, recommending they be replaced next service.
